Banda formada em 1989 com o intuito de manifestar nosso inconformismo e saco cheio com a bundamolisse da cena musical da época, onde a finalidade era faturar alto e imbecilizar ainda mais a juventude alienada dos anos 80/90, marcada pela postura extremamente fútil e consumista típica daquela época, quando desfilavam com suas roupas de marca e carrões dos seus papais com som no volume máximo nos postinhos (será que algo mudou?)...
A Atritos! surgiu na cidade de Canoas/RS quando bandas como Sub-Vida, O.R.T.N., Os Replicantes, Pupilas Dilatadas, Defeka já estavam em atividade aqui no sul ao longo dos anos 80.
Com letras diretas e libertárias expostas através de um som cru, tosco e agressivo, a banda tocou em vários lugares, desde cidades gaúchas (como Caxias do Sul, São Marcos, Parobé, Rio Grande, Pelotas, Arambaré, Esteio, Porto Alegre, Gravataí, Cachoeirinha, Sapiranga, entre outras) até Santa Catarina.

- Nenê - Bateria/Vocais.

The band returned to the activities in May 2011, and has in its new line with:
